Employment rights and reasonable adjustments for autistic young people
It is important to know what reasonable adjustments can be offered by employers, as well as what rights you have as an autistic young person.
This webinar is being delivered by Catherine Leggett, an experienced Autistic Employment Consultant, who has worked with a variety of employers for the last 10 years on adapting their process to support autistic job candidates and employees. They have conducted specialist workplace assessments to identify reasonable adjustments in complex cases, as well as designed and delivered workshops for autistic job seekers and employees.
