We're a global travel company with more than 1,600 employees across nine offices worldwide, helping millions of travellers explore, plan and book their trips with confidence.
From technology and engineering to marketing and commercial roles, our people bring different skills, experiences and perspectives together to make travel simpler and more accessible for everyone.
We believe travel is for everyone, and we want that to be true of Skyscanner too. That’s why we’re building a workplace where people can be themselves, do great work and feel they belong.
Disability and neurodiversity inclusion
We know that everyone’s experience is different, and we’re committed to making Skyscanner a place where disabled and neurodivergent colleagues feel supported and can thrive.
As a Disability Confident Level 2 Employer, we’re continuing to improve accessibility across recruitment and the employee experience. From reasonable adjustments to our Adjustments Passport, which helps colleagues communicate their needs and access consistent support, we’re working to remove barriers and make inclusion part of how we do things.
Our RISE UNDERSTOOD employee network brings together disabled and neurodivergent colleagues and allies to share experiences, raise awareness and help shape meaningful improvements across Skyscanner. Their voices have been instrumental in helping us understand where we can do better and turning that feedback into action.
Starting your career at Skyscanner
We know that starting your career is a big step, and we want to make it an exciting one.
We connect with students through university partnerships, careers events and initiatives such as the Undergraduate of the Year Awards, helping emerging talent discover the different opportunities available at Skyscanner.
Our graduate recruitment process includes a Discovery Day, designed to give candidates the chance to get to know our people, explore what working here could look like and demonstrate their strengths in different ways.
Once you’ve joined us, our 12-month graduate development programme helps you build skills, confidence and connections alongside your role. Through rotations across different teams and projects, you’ll gain hands-on experience, explore your interests and discover where you want to take your career.
You’ll also have opportunities to connect with our graduate alumni community, learning from colleagues who’ve been in your shoes and gone on to continue building their careers at Skyscanner.
Because for us, it’s not just about helping you land your first role. It’s about giving you the opportunities and support to grow from there.
Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2026
See how we’re bringing accessibility into the conversation and encouraging our people to think differently about inclusion.
Making travel more accessible starts with our people At Skyscanner, our commitment to accessibility goes beyond the workplace. It also shapes how we think about the products we build and the experiences we create for millions of travellers around the world.
Our dedicated Head of Accessibility works alongside engineers and product teams to identify barriers and make our platform more accessible for travellers with different needs. It’s an opportunity for our people to make a real difference, using technology, creativity and their own perspectives to help make travel more inclusive.
We’ve also brought accessibility into everyday conversations across Skyscanner. Through expert-led discussions, interactive empathy experiences and learning opportunities, we’re helping colleagues better understand different experiences, challenge assumptions and think more inclusively about how we work and what we create.
It’s this connection between how we support our people and how we build for our travellers that helps us make meaningful progress. We know there’s always more to do, but we’re committed to learning, listening and making accessibility part of how we do things.
Recognised for our commitment to disability inclusion
In 2026, we achieved Disability Confident Level 2 Employer status, an important milestone in our journey towards becoming a more accessible and inclusive workplace.
The accreditation recognises the steps we’ve taken to improve our recruitment practices, support workplace adjustments and help disabled colleagues access the opportunities and support they need to succeed.
It’s progress we’re proud of, but it’s not the finish line. We’re continuing to build on this work, listening to our people and finding new ways to remove barriers for current and future Skyscanner employees.

Thinking about applying to Skyscanner? We’d love to hear from you.
We’re interested in the skills, strengths, ideas and potential you could bring to our teams. Everyone’s journey is different, and having a disability or being neurodivergent shouldn’t be a barrier to exploring opportunities with us.
When applying, take some time to look at the skills and qualities outlined in the job description and think about how your own experiences demonstrate them. Whether it’s curiosity, collaboration, creativity, resilience or finding solutions to challenges, these strengths can come from all sorts of places, including education, work experience, volunteering, personal projects or your own lived experiences.
You don’t need to have followed a traditional career path to have something valuable to offer. What matters is showing us your strengths, what you’ve learned and what you’re excited to bring to Skyscanner.
Supporting you through the recruitment process
We want everyone to have a fair opportunity to show what they can do.
If you need reasonable adjustments during recruitment, onboarding or while you’re at Skyscanner, our Emerging Talent team is here to help. We’ll work with you to understand your needs and explore what support we can provide.
You don’t need to share personal information about your disability unless you choose to. If you do need adjustments, we’ll focus on understanding what would help you participate fully in the process.
We value different perspectives and ways of thinking, and we’re excited to discover what you could bring to Skyscanner.
Helping you feel supported from the start
We want everyone to have a fair opportunity to show their skills and potential throughout our recruitment process.
We know that everyone’s needs are different, so we take an individual approach to reasonable adjustments. Whether you live with a visible or non-visible disability or are neurodivergent, we encourage you to let us know what would help you feel comfortable and confident during recruitment.
Depending on your needs and the stage of the process, adjustments could include:
These are just examples, not an exhaustive list. We’ll work with you to understand your individual circumstances and explore what adjustments can be made.
How to request support
If you need an adjustment during recruitment, you can contact our Emerging Talent team. You can raise this at any stage of the application process, and we’ll work with you to understand what support you need.
You don’t need to share more personal information than is necessary to arrange your adjustments, and requesting support won’t negatively affect how your application is assessed.

Creating space for everyone to thrive
Our commitment to inclusion doesn’t stop when you join Skyscanner. We want to create an environment where everyone has the support they need to do great work, develop their skills and build their career.
We recognise that what works for one person might not work for another, and that people’s needs and conditions can change over time. That’s why we take an individual approach to workplace adjustments, working with colleagues to understand and remove barriers wherever we can.
What might that look like in practice?
Depending on individual needs and the requirements of the role, support could include:
These examples reflect the types of support we can explore, rather than a fixed list of adjustments available to everyone.
Supporting you as your needs change
We also have an Adjustments Passport, designed to help colleagues document and communicate the support that works for them. It provides a consistent reference point, particularly when changing roles or managers, so people don’t have to keep explaining their needs from scratch.
Alongside this, we’ve carried out workplace accessibility audits, introducing quiet spaces and developing practical guidance for managers and colleagues, which includes resources on supporting people with ADHD and Autism.
We’re also continuing to strengthen our approach to neurodiversity inclusion, working with our People and Reward teams to explore additional support pathways and improve access to relevant resources and services.
Our People team works with employees and managers to explore adjustments and review them over time, recognising that support may need to evolve as people’s circumstances or roles change.
And while formal workplace support sits with our managers and People team, colleagues can also connect with RISE UNDERSTOOD, our disability and neurodiversity inclusion employee network, to share experiences, access resources and find a community of people who understand.
We’re continuing to listen, learn and make improvements because creating an inclusive workplace isn’t about having one solution for everyone. It’s about understanding what people need and working together to help them thrive.
