This section profiles many individuals, working across different industries, at various stages of their careers. Their interviews demonstrate that is possible to have a successful career regardless of whether or not you have a disability. They also illustrate the adjustments that can be made in the workplace.

We have a Disability Networking Group which is made up of volunteers from across the business. The focus of the group is to nurture internal disability champions, increase awareness, build confidence and drive disability best practice within Motability Operations. Below are just some examples of adjustments that we have made for employees.
Providing specialist equipment such as a fibre optic mouse, telephony equipment for hearing impaired employees and visual aids for a dyslexic employee.Additional coaching sessions for employees that have had extended periods out of work, to rebuild their confidence.Phased return to work plans for employees that have had time out of work.Disability Networking Group - Our disability working group provides an internal networking forum for employees, disabled and non-disabled, from all areas of our business. The group aims to increase disability confidence by discussing various topics that affect our employees and customers.
