About Us

As operators of the Motability Scheme, we aim to provide a wide range of cars, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles, scooters and powered wheelchairs that meet our customers' disability needs.

We are the largest fleet operator in the UK and the biggest supplier of used cars to the trade, we are owned by the major banks: Barclays Bank plc, Lloyds Group plc, HSBC Bank plc and Royal Bank of Scotland plc.

The Motability Scheme is designed to provide customers with a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair without the worry of owning and running one. Today, over 640,000 disabled people and their families benefit from the worry-free mobility available through the Scheme. We have offices in London and Bristol and there are approximately 850 employees based between these two sites.

  • Year in Industry Placement As part of your 12 month work placement, you will be provided with a structured training programme and on-the-job learning.

  • Graduate Opportunities Our graduate programme is unique. We provide an 18 month programme during which time you get to try out a number of different types of roles, and learn a broad range of new skills. At the end of the 18 months, you will then move into a permanent role within the business.

Required Skills and Academic Qualifications

Recruitment Adjustments

The Graduate Recruitment process at Motability Operations consists of an online application form (although if you do require this in a more accessible format please contact us graduatec@motabilityoperations.co.uk), a telephone interview, an assessment centre and a final round interview.
