A collection of artworks by disabled artists is currently on display in our London offices. Arranged through DAN, and curated by disabled-led digital art agency filmpro, the exhibition is a collection of 25 pieces focused on self representation and portrayal, as artists reflect upon their experiences of disability and how they view society. It presents a unique experience for employees and visitors who are invited to explore a range of artworks in still, written, audio, light and sound mediums.
The concept of One Degree of Change forms the ethos of our DAN network, and helps to both raise awareness of disability, and break down stigmas within the workplace in the understanding that a small change now can help transform one’s perception of disability.
“The arts have always played an important role in driving diverse perspectives,” said Ian Crowe, International Corporate Services executive and DAN executive sponsor. “We hope that the subject matter and accessibility of this exhibition will help raise further awareness of the impact of disability and break down associated stigmas.”
The company values differences-in thought, style, culture, ethnicity and experience. This commitment is reflected throughout our recruitment and retention procedures – from the application and recruitment stage, through to ongoing learning and development – inclusivity is at the core.
For candidates with disabilities, we make reasonable adjustments where necessary. If you think you have a disability that may impact your performance at any stage of the selection process, please select 'help required' on the application form and we will contact you to discuss your needs.
