Managing neurodiverse conditions in the workplace.

“I’d recommend MyPlus Students’ Club to anyone feeling that they need to be responsible for their own disability or health condition, because employers are truly on your side.” Will, Cardiff University
Employers increasingly recognise that individuals who are neurodivergent can, and do, bring valuable perspectives and skills to the workplace. However, to do this, individuals must first be supported through the recruitment process do enable them to demonstrate their suitability for the role, and then be provided with the relevant support and adjustments once in the workplace.
During this webinar, you will hear from a number of individuals who will share their experiences of managing their disability in the workplace, the support they have benefited from, and how they have accessed this. You will also gain top tips from someone working in the early careers recruitment space.
Our speakers include:
- Jonathan Andrews; Reed Smith
