Managing neurodiverse conditions in the workplace
Employers increasingly recognise that individuals who are neurodivergent
bring valuable perspectives and skills to the workplace.
However, to do this, individuals must be supported through the recruitment process to enable them to demonstrate their suitability for the role. They must then be provided with the relevant support and adjustments once in the workplace.
“Being able to talk to other people with neurodiverse conditions and other disabilities was liberating and really helped me feel comfortable.”
During this webinar, you will hear from 3 employees from disability inclusive organisations who will share their personal experiences of being neurodivergent in the workplace. They will provide insights regards the support they have benefited from, and how they have accessed this.
Our speakers include:
- Richard Ceeney; Partner, Reed Smith
- Jess Errington; Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Enterprise Mobility
- Richard Turnbull; Partner, KPMG
“Having a role model of someone who is neurodiverse like myself, who is successful in a field I am interested in, gives me the confidence that I can do it too.”
