The Graduate Programme at Motability Operations is designed to provide you with a breadth of opportunities to aid your career development and progression.
Over a period of approximately 18 months you will work across our sites in London and Bristol in a variety of departments and on a range of projects. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas of the business, develop specialist, commercial and management skills and push the boundaries of your potential. From developing a reporting tool to supporting management teams in implementing strategy, we can guarantee you new experiences and challenges in a supportive, collaborative environment.
You’ll need a minimum 2:1 degree (in any discipline) to qualify for the Graduate Programme, and have gained valuable work experience ideally within a business environment. We are looking for graduates who are:

The Recruitment process at Motability Operations starts with an online application form. You can click on the ‘jobs’ section of the MyPlus website to access this form. Once we have received your application we will review and if you meet the minimum criteria for the role or programme you have applied for we will invite you to the first assessment stage. This will vary depending on what you are applying for but could consist of a telephone interview or assessment centre. We have a Disability Networking Group which is made up of volunteers from across the business.
