We're committed to diversity and inclusion, and here's how we offer support within the workplace on managing disability.
If you're offered a role in Arcadis, before starting work, employees are asked to complete a standard Equal Opportunities monitoring form in which we ask employees to disclose if they have a disability and to provide details. Our Human Resources team then support the employee by finding out if any reasonable adjustments are required, and put these in place as soon as possible (ideally before the new employee starts).
With the agreement of the employee they then inform their line manager of their condition so this can be discussed directly to see if any further necessary support or adjustments are required.
In case of emergency, and with the agreement of the employee, any relevant information will also be provided to office physical first aiders.
